The OceanTools CNC machining facility specialises in the production of high precision titanium components and pressure housings for subsea engineering applications.

In addition to producing high quality precision machined components for internal consumption, we now offer machining services to third-parties.

Located at OceanTools House in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, the machine shop features two turning lathes and two milling machines. We can deliver one-off bespoke components or batch production runs of identical machined parts. Our modern multi axis machinery operates to high levels of accuracy on metals including Titanium, Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex.

The machine shop also offers prototyping and modification services, and we aim to provide a fast turnaround at all stages of the engineering process from quotation to fabrication.

Design services

Our in-house team of subsea design engineers has years of experience across a wide range of maritime engineering and subsea tooling disciplines. We have designed custom subsea pressure housings in a range of sizes, shapes and depth ratings down to full ocean depth.

We can also design integrated underwater deployment frames to accommodate sensors and supporting equipment, and welcome the opportunity to undertake other custom engineering projects.
